How do I get to the Reptile House Store?

Our store will be opening soon and is located at 2/27 Windsor St, Richmond.

Do you deliver live animals?

We do not deliver reptiles ourselves but we do have a few trusted courier that we may be able to use. Please call the store team for further information.

How can I return an unwanted item?

Unwanted items can be returned as long as they get back to us in perfect resaleable condition and it hasn't been too long since it was ordered. We try to accommodate our customers as best as possible and as such we do not have a very strict returns policy. Before posting the item back please email us at [email protected] with your order number, name, which item it was and why it is being returned so we can make sure it is eligible for return.

My item has arrived damaged, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that an item has arrived in poor condition. If you could take a picture of the damage and email it to [email protected] with your name or order number the team will resolve this for you ASAP. Please retain all broken items until instructed otherwise as we may need to collect them.

Can we ship reptiles Interstate?

Yes, most states will allow us to export reptiles to you via Qantas freight. You will need to check your states regulations and what permits are required as import permits are normally required. Check state licence requirements, they are linked above. Contact us for more information.
